People are amazing
Suits… not so much. The hospital is controlled by Tenet management and unfortunately has a history of making promises then reneging or changing things. If you need a guarantee, get it in writing or look elsewhere. The staffers were amazing.

There is little to do and you are pressured to low census. Lots of call. All the house keeping and SPD are also your responsibility not covered in job description prior to hiring.
Cons
You can go home whenever....cause there's no work.......unpaid.
