I really liked my time at St. Catherine’s. My favorite part was the welcoming staff and other travelers. The patients were nice for the most part. It is a community hospital so the resources are low.

      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of recent experience and a WI or compact RN license.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Emergency Department (ER) of a hospital setting</li><li>Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week</li><li>Every third weekend required</li><li>Care for patients with urgent and emergent needs in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Epic EMR experience preferred</li><li>Must be able to work effectively in urgent situations and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Modules are required during orientation and are completed in the first 8 hours</li><li>Applicants with latex allergies cannot be accommodated</li><li>Locals are accepted within a 50-mile radius at a lower rate</li><li>Return staff must have one year separation before returning as travelers</li><li>Travel pairs are accepted</li><li>Must provide documentation of all certifications and references as required</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active WI or compact RN license required in hand at the time of consideration</li><li>Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required</li><li>Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS</li><li>Preferred certifications: TNCSS, TNS</li><li>Ability to commit to the full 13-week contract</li></ul>
