Pros
Loved everything about this hospital. The way it functions the protocols and policies in place. How every profession is respected and treated. The autonomy given. The pay too! They incentivize there employees based on experience, certifications, degrees. It’s an awesome place.
Cons
If you work short. Management does not come in to help.
