The ICU CCU team is fantastic! Loved everyone I worked with and the wide variety of patients that I got to see. Unit ratios are pretty strictly 2:1, with the exception of patients with transfer orders.

Not a closed unit, meaning hospitalists can admit/be primary. Floating is required.

Management is unable to communicate with employees and eachother.

Location was decent. Management was pretty relaxed about clocking in and out.

Management wasn’t very honest about shifts. Had me switch to a later shift to help them out and then refused to let me go back to contracted shift. Would be in a bay entirely alone w no support at all.
