The hospital is very old school, level 3 , no surgeries. The personal is friendly and accessible. Travelers will always have the 3 baby assignments. Very few times they will give you a level 3 baby. You have to float to L and D to be a nursery nurse basically doing PKU and labs. NICU will have a delivery nurse sen for the high risk deliveries. Every time there is a new CEO they get rid of the travelers. My contract was cancelled twice when this happened (different years).

Mgmt persistently promotes an unsafe environment for both patients and nurses. Daily disputes with other departments. Routine violations of nursing ratios and health codes. But coworkers are pretty good.
