Pros
Unit is very traveler friendly. I’ve been there for two assignments back in 2021 and in 2023. I’d always go back again. I was pregnant both times and they really took great care of me. It’s a county hospital so no glitz and glam but I really enjoyed my time and the pay was great!
Cons
It’s a county hospital so sometimes supplies ran low but it always worked out so I think you just have to be a flexible person to work on the unit. I honestly can’t complain about much.

Some managers are super difficult to work with, can be petty and clicky.
