Very friendly staffs, very friendly environment, and very helpful people. They treat travelers as a family. Very faiir assignments.

Pros
Unit is comprised of many travelers. Core staff and travelers have all been fantastic! The unit is set up quite well to manage the surges of patients. It is the only main hospital around so it can definitely provide good experience. Most of the providers I've encountered over the last couple months actually listen to the nurses and are easy to work with.
Cons
It is definitely busy before the size of the town. I can't say I have any other cons.

SJRMC is a great place for travel nurses!! Co-workers are nice , friendly, and willing to help out a newbie. The Day Surgical Unit and Endo demonstrate awesome team work!! Enjoyed every single shift here!!!
