Pros
Only one hour near Durango, Colorado. Only one snowstorm in 2023 of only 6 inches.
Cons
Schedule Flexibility, the on-call sporadic. Bad communication. Staff was not welcoming. Housing was expensive.

Where respiratory therapists go to be treated badly, so other jobs look good. Unbelievable physicians, if I use the term very loosely; incompetence flows from the top down: and management interested in keeping superiors happy rather than supporting staff when really needed. Only those without practical options have remained in this department.
