      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and active MN licensure for an acute care assignment utilizing Epic EMR.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work primarily in an acute care setting with services in outpatient, inpatient, and home care</li><li>Main location is Tracy, with required travel to Sanford Westbrook and Murray County Medical Center in Slayton</li><li>Outpatient department includes a wellness center and is attached to a 15-bed hospital</li><li>Typical shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend and holiday rotation</li><li>Float only within therapy services and to different locations as assigned</li><li>Procedures include physical therapy evaluation and treatment, PTA supervision, and various orthopedic and rehabilitation therapies</li><li>Uses Epic for documentation; equipment includes Ultrasound, Estim, and Tractium Ionto</li><li>Responsibilities include PT evaluation, treatment planning, and supervision of PTAs across multiple care settings</li><li>No long-term care responsibilities</li><li>EPIC EMR training provided as needed with manager support available at all times</li><li>Scrubs or business casual attire required; acceptable colors include ceil blue, khaki, gray, and chocolate brown</li><li>Minimal weekend and holiday coverage is required in rotation with other staff</li><li>All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility</li><li>Applicants with prior employment at Sanford Health must have ended their previous assignment at least 6 months prior to consideration</li><li>Local candidates within 80 miles are accepted</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Minimum of 1 year recent experience in physical therapy with ortho and rehab skills</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Active Minnesota PT license required if applicable</li><li>Successful completion of Minnesota Background Study required</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and float to additional therapy locations as needed</li></ul>
