ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Worst place ever experienced.  Huge hospital and are everywhere.  After each case, you have to check with charge on where to go next.  So if you are on call, plan on being there late every night.  They have a tech who is able to alter your charting.  The charting is unbelievable and double documenting.  The doctors do not know their patients, will bolus dialysis patients for no reason.  They don’t follow written policies and do not support you.
