<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs</li><li>Hours: 36 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Nov 16, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ARRT(CT) certification and 2+ years of experience.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>CT Tech unit within an acute care hospital setting</li><li>Patient population includes adult acute care, adult outpatient, pediatric outpatient, ICU, and emergency department patients</li><li>1:1 patient ratio</li><li>Performs CT imaging including abdomen/pelvis, chest, head and neck, spine and musculoskeletal, and vascular studies</li><li>Special procedures include aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, CT arthrography, and drainage</li><li>Uses Philips CT equipment</li><li>Performs 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest measurement</li><li>Shift is 3x12 hour nights, Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM</li><li>Candidates will float within the hospital as needed</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>ARRT(CT) and BLS certifications required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience required, 3 years preferred</li><li>Epic experience strongly preferred and required for ER assignments</li><li>Experience with isolation precautions/PPE, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture</li><li>Experience preparing and/or administering contrast media</li><li>Valid state or compact license required if applicable</li><li>Two professional references required, completed within the past two years by a supervisor</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>First-time travelers will be considered</li><li>Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius to qualify for the standard travel pay rate; local candidates may be accepted at a lower rate</li><li>Returning staff must have been away for at least one year and in good standing, and must not be local to reapply</li><li>COVID vaccination documentation required at time of submission, with exemption requests submitted within 72 hours of acceptance if applicable</li><li>RTO requests should be kept minimal and included at time of consideration</li></ul>
