Cons

Ratios are absolutely garbage & unsafe. Staff is AWFUL to travelers & even new staff of their own. The location inside the hospital sucks. Just avoid. The money is not worth it.

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
