Pros
As a respiratory therapist, the other RTs and pulmonologist were great to work with but nursing staff absolutely not.
Cons
The messiest, chaotic group of women I have ever worked with. From the nursing supervisors to staff. Majority of the nurses were inexperienced and trivial. The air was out half the time as well as the water and ice machine on the Thomas wing. Overall a headache!

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
