I had positive experiences at every Dignity facility worked. Staff Nurses are helpful and fun to work with. Managers were available and supportive. MDs are responsive and truly care about patients. I know some locations are not great (heard from other travelers), but I loved my assignments in Sacramento CA, Folsom CA, Carmichael CA, Woodland CA, Redwood City CA, Long Beach CA, and Las Vegas NV.

By far, the worst travel assignment I've ever been on, doing more of everything else than anesthesia work. Treated very poorly, with no teamwork, responsible for things that have nothing to do with anesthesia tech or have knowledge of. During the interview, it was very misleading with the information given. I'm not sure how the rest of the hospital runs, but as far as the Operating Room, the absolute worst display of incompetence and lack of knowledge I've ever experienced. Charge Nurse is terrible. The lack of communication skills displayed is staggering. No one ever knows what's going on. Information that should be shared is not. It's absolutely terrible.
