As a Permanent Staff employee
Working in Nashville is fine if you like a slower paced environment. As far as pay, they use the Infor pay system. When you sign on, you are under the impression that you will be paid the nightshift rate for every minute that you are working. Not so, you only get paid the nightshift rate from 11pm to 7 am. Before 11pm, you get the evening shift rate. Any hours after 7am, you will only receive the day shift rate without a shift differential.
