Case Managers do discharge planning only with ratios up to 20. Management is mostly supportive and coworkers make this a great place to work.

Mostly great working conditions

Grossmont is an OK work environment.  I feel that the staff mostly treated me well.  It was a bit disorganized, especially if your patient is going to surgery.

Very toxic nucleus of perm staff. Very high turnover

Strict rule following, people watch your every move written up easily, management isn’t helpful and are pretty much there to wait for you to mess up. I hated my manager so I left after two and a Half months of being a staff there

Everyone is the system knows it’s the worst of sharp
