Nurses are trained to police each other. There's constant feeling like you need go "watch over your shoulder"  I was lied to repeatedly. I was told PCU, signed PCU contract, but worked acute oncology for months. Was told PCU was 3:1 ratio, it's actually 4-5:1. Never again
