I really never had an awful night where I felt like nobody was helping me, everyone I have worked with is nice on different units. All the shifts are usually nice to each other from what I have seen. The physicians are great, easy communication with tiger text, use of EPIC is great. I worked there as a traveler for a year and I'd wanna go back for the staff.

Patients wait very long to be seen by a provider in the ED. Not very organized

self scheduling and every 3rd weekend for staff is a bonus. no onsite parking unless youre eves or overnights then they shuttle you in from off sight and exit up/down from hospital. 4:1 ratio generally. Pay is sub par and less than other hospitals. Culture is the same as most places. Very diverse population reflecting surrounding area.

management is not very friendly. The rest of the staff is great. Ratios are tough. If working nights, expect a lot of boarding patients and in patient style nursing. Even acute patients, expect to be in 5:1 assignments w not a lot of support staff. Don’t expect meal breaks.
