Traveler friendly. Great staff! Slow department. Easy contract

Scheduling was no very flexible as there is not much staff so travelers are used to fill in staffing gaps from union staff. Also makes changing shifts a challenge. Long Island is not cheap especially not out east. Take the housing unless you can room with someone for cheaper housing

Always working you short staff and allow staff to bully without consequences due to medical staff shortage. Management ignore your concerns and do not want to validate them
