Surgeons want to work here for a reason. There are a lot of very experienced techs here that are willing to help newer ones, as long as you ask. Everyone works 12-hour shifts, so work/life balance is not really an issue. Pay is more than most other hospitals in the area, with the exception of (maybe) Dignity. This OR see’s a big variety of cases as well. Good place to work.
