Amazing team and management. Everything is conveniently there and easily accessible to help you do your job which means more time for actual patient care. Great place for nurses who like routine. Interdisciplinary teams are the same people. You don't have to search and call a zillion different MDs or on call MDs. You deal with 1 MD on day shift and either an NP or PA on nights. The unit is also very comfortable and does not feel like a hospital.

You can be floated to either 1 west which is a less critical floor (step down) or be floated to SNF.
