Staffing is great, it’s a very great position. Schedule flexibility is amazing. Depends on which side you work it can run smoothly.

Some staff are mean, they don’t want to work with you, and will turn you in for even passing PRN medication at the end of shift. There is no organisation on admissions and discharges, shifts seems chaotic especially on day shift, nights not so much. The pay is very great but taxes the crap out of you so by the time your check comes it’s over 50% less than your gross. It can be a great place to work.
