SSM Rehabilitation Hospital at St. Mary's Health Center

I worked in their ICU for a year and they’re manager Buffy Thompson does not advocate for her employee’s and only cares about herself. Will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat and refuses to come in and help during very stressful short staff situations…and blames it on being drunk to come in. Every night it’s this excuse or another. All her long-term staff is quitting due to this lack in her competency so there’s is no one to truly train you on the ins and out of procedures and protocols. You will definitely be putting your license on the line working for this facility. It’s not worth the money. Know your worth. Good luck though! :)
