My experience at this hospital was great. I think I got lucky with the floor I was placed on because the staff and management were very supportive and they strived for safe patient ratios when they could according to acuity. There were a lot of travelers on this floor that had stayed on for almost a year and that was a good sign. It was a cardiac PCU position and I learned a lot.
