            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Outpatient PT setting within a small community hospital in Perry, OK</li><li>Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)</li><li>13-week contract</li><li>Uses Quick EMR for documentation</li><li>Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with disease or disability, implementing preventive health measures, and providing clinical direction to students, therapy assistants, and technicians</li><li>Candidate will work independently within the outpatient department</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required</li><li>Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program required</li><li>Current Oklahoma PT license required (license required if applicable)</li><li>BLS certification required</li><li>Two professional references required for consideration</li><li>PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration</li></ul>
