One of the better hospitals I have worked at. Great atmosphere.

Tampa General is absolutely an awesome place to work. Everyone there is amazing and supportive and genuinely excited to be working there. The pay could definitely be better and while they do have opportunities for overtime they do not typically offer ESI which is a bummer. The benefits are amazing especially if you have a family and they offer additional services such as free therapy, health services for employees, and child care on site. Additionally security is top notch so it always feels very safe. If you want to be taking care of very sick and complex patients as well this is the place to be.
