Pros
The overall upper management care more about making money and not making improvements to process or charting system/EMR. They keep flushing in the Pyxis to keep count, they don’t have a system where vitals cross over to the chart so your having no to manually do it on every pt. The pay was awful but because I was in a time crunch, I signed a contract with them. EVERYONE STAYS ON THEIR PHONE.
