Job Details:
• Work 4x10 day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (schedule may change during interview process) 
• Patient ratios: 1:1 in procedure room, 1:3-4 in prep/hold areas 
• Must have Kentucky Radiation License upon start date (can submit with pending status) 
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, ACLS 
• 2 years of experience required 
• Travel experience preferred but first-timers accepted 
• Some Impella experience preferred 
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions accepted 
• Meditech EMR experience preferred 
• Must live outside 65-mile radius (locals not accepted) 
• Hard documentation due date by 5PM PST on Tuesday prior to start date
