3 West Neuro PCU is staffed most of the time with techs and RN. Friendly staff that assist each other

Other units are lacking Techs. This gets too much on PCU floors doing primary care, VS, and assessments every 4 hrs on 5 patients. Some of the Charge nurses don’t help. New way patients come from ED stinks (without report and sometimes you don’t know they’re coming). Pay keeps decreasing for their staff also
