The Osborn is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community for seniors who want to pursue the next chapter of life on their own terms. Our skilled nursing and short-stay (sub-acute) rehabilitation center is proud to be named one of New York’s top performing nursing homes by U.S. News & World Report, and to receive a 5-star rating from CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) for the quality of its nursing staff. U.S. News evaluated 619 licensed nursing homes in New York State. The Pasciuti Pavilion was one of 19 that received top rating in ‘Overall’ and ‘Short-Stay Rehabilitation.’ It was one of only four Westchester County facilities to receive the highest rating in both categories.
