<body><h3>Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Outpatient Surgery</h3><br/><div><div><b>Unit Description: </b><p>As an Operating Room RN at The University of Vermont Medical Center, Vermont’s only Level I Trauma Center, you will circulate and scrub across a full range of surgical cases.</p><p>This is a highly collaborative, patient-centered perioperative environment where OR nurses work in true partnership with engaged surgeons, a strong intraoperative support team, and visible, available leadership (support readily accessible throughout the day).</p><p>We emphasize a team-based OR culture focused on patient-centered care, efficient communication, and shared accountability in the surgical environment.</p><p>We offer flexible scheduling (8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts), safe staffing with reliable break coverage, and reasonable call expectations, with opportunities for specialty alignment and continued professional growth in a high-acuity OR setting.</p><p>Prior Operating Room nursing experience required.</p></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>On-call: </b>Required</p><p><b>Incentives: </b>Candidates may be eligible for up to a $20K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part time).</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
