I really enjoyed my time at ThedaCare! I worked 3x12 days and everyone from management to tech was amazing! The team there really made the assignment, I’m looking forward to going back!

Almost always working short staffed but still expected to fill completely despite being understaffed. Floated mid shift a lot.

This place should be looked into with a microscope. The turn over rate is unbelievable!!!!!! Super unorganized!!! Super problematic staff especially management!!! A lot of miscommunication and pointing fingers. Management doesn’t seem to know what’s going on with staff that they are supposed to be supervising. The Staffing coordinator schedules people without communicating with them so sometimes we had people no call no show because they didn’t know they were scheduled on their day off. Staff threatening and bashing each other and forgetting the purpose of why they are there (we are here for the residents remember?)This place is a joke and should be shut down. It’s always ran short and when it’s fully staffed it’s because it’s all agency. You are the favorite employee until they hire the brand new highschool student making way less than everyone else and then that’s management favorite because they could use and abuse the younger staff for a cheaper price. Run run run from this place.

ER staff treated multiple travelers like garbage, would assign and room patients and not tell you, most of the docs were quite publicly against "nursing invaders" who shouldn't be making more money than staff.  Did not follow the designated schedule, refused to follow contracted hours and shifts, and would tell other travelers don't expect to stay long if the company could hire new grads
