It is full of amazing, down to earth people who do an amazing job at caring for patients. It’s a wonderful hospital with the hometown hospitality.

Because it is a smaller hospital and the administration needs to make some changes, the staff tend to be run pretty thin. They work the least amount of people they can. Burn out is a high possibility here.
