      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring recent Level 1 and multi-specialty OR experience and a valid KY or compact license.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Operating Room setting of a hospital</li><li>Assignment includes exposure to Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS procedures</li><li>Scheduled day shifts: four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 to 17:30</li><li>Rotating weekday and weekend on-call requirements with a 40-minute response time</li><li>Staff will be expected to work across a variety of surgical specialties</li><li>Must provide two supervisor references from the last three years of employment</li><li>Return permanent staff must have a six month separation before returning as a traveler</li><li>All requests for time off must be disclosed at the time of application; additional requests will not be approved</li><li>Permanent residence within 100 miles of the facility is not accepted</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active KY or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration</li><li>Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience required</li><li>Level 1 trauma OR experience highly desired</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Experience with Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS procedures required</li><li>No licensure hits accepted</li></ul>

      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry unit working with post-op surgical patients, requiring a KY or compact RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position is in a busy, fast-paced 23-bed medical surgical Telemetry unit</li><li>Patient population includes orthopedic, spine, general surgery, and bariatric post-op patients, with occasional overflow from medical units</li><li>Cardiac and O2 monitoring capabilities in unit</li><li>Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts per week (19:00-7:30)</li><li>Floating required to other units within skillset and to nearby affiliate hospitals</li><li>Unit routinely receives 10-20 post-op patients per day</li><li>Requires both medical and surgical nursing skillset</li><li>First-time travelers may be considered if surgical experience requirements are met</li><li>All requested time off must be disclosed during the application process; late requests will not be approved</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active KY or compact RN license required at time of consideration</li><li>Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry experience; first-time travelers must have post-op surgical patient experience (especially Orthopedics and GI surgeries)</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required</li><li>No local candidates within a 100 mile radius accepted</li><li>No prior or current licensure hits accepted</li><li>References from two supervisors within the last three years required</li><li>Return staff must have been gone for at least 6 months to be considered for rehire</li></ul>
