IMO, UNC Rex was a great place to work. I didn’t feel like I got singled out as a traveler (although other travelers I talked to did feel this way) Management was great. Lab actually comes to get your labs. Parking is free. Ratios are 2:1 ICU & 3/4:1 Stepdown. Pretty much always a tech!

Was just a MedSurg unit. They changed my schedule, put me as a ncns and terminated my contract. I had screenshots of my schedule and that’s the only thing that kept me of the DNR list

its like high school they have favorites and e=when you ask for stuff they ignore you and say if i do it for you i have to for others but if they didnt ask why even say that. this is why they cannot retain nurses
