 American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT (M) certification for an acute care setting.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Work in an acute care hospital radiology department specializing in mammography</li><li>Department features 2 scanners and utilizes Hologic equipment</li><li>Daily caseload averages 22-28 mammography studies per day</li><li>Duties include screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, and biopsy procedures</li><li>Uses Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS</li><li>Day shifts, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts</li><li>No weekend, holiday, or call requirements</li><li>No floating to other areas is required</li><li>Training provided based on experience and comfort with equipment</li><li>Department is supported by a lead technologist and has in-house radiologist coverage</li><li>Registered Radiology Assistants (RRAs) are utilized in the department</li><li>Scrubs in grey required</li><li>No IV starts required</li><li>No first-time travelers accepted</li><li>Return travelers must have a 2-year break if previously employed at this or any related facility</li><li>May not work at this system for more than one year without a 2-year break</li><li>Local travelers within 50 miles are not accepted</li></ul>
