Small hospital, low acuity.

Cons

Poor management skills. Everyone is very friendly to your face, but extremely backstabbing. Staff will tell you they are scared to take parients due to the lack of training or competency. Small town nurses, lots of drama & gossip. No aids. If you work in OB, you may be the only OB Nurse in the hospital. Nursing staff do not know how to handle emergencies. Especially with newborns.
