      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager RN to lead a Level III NICU, requiring prior interim leadership and NICU management experience.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position is for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in a hospital setting</li><li>Level III NICU supporting &gt;22 to ~46 week neonates, with a capacity of 42 beds and over 5,000 deliveries annually</li><li>Requires management of neonatal patients on drips such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine</li><li>Daytime hours with a 40-hour workweek in an exempt position</li><li>Accountable for 24-hour clinical and administrative leadership of the NICU</li><li>Utilizes Epic EMR; experience with Epic is required</li><li>Role involves full clinical and administrative oversight of the NICU</li><li>Unionized nursing workforce environment</li><li>Responsibilities include supporting and mentoring other leaders in the department</li><li>Ability to travel home is allowed but not permitted every weekend</li><li>Time off before late April must be limited to accommodate department needs</li><li>Potential opportunity for permanent placement is available</li><li>Holiday coverage may be required as per facility needs</li></ul>
