      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift position in an inpatient rehabilitation unit, requiring an active IL RN license and expertise in EPIC charting.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Serve in the Comprehensive Rehab Center within an inpatient rehab hospital setting</li><li>Work with adult patients requiring physical rehabilitation or managing chronic illnesses</li><li>Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week</li><li>Utilizes EPIC charting system</li><li>No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius</li><li>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized care plans</li><li>Provide patient education and support to promote rehabilitation and self-care skills</li><li>Participate in rehabilitation rounds and ongoing patient/family teaching</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on patient care</li><li>Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed per 13-week contract</li><li>Candidates may not be on assignment with Carle Health for more than 1 year without a 6-month break</li><li>Scrub color or dress code requirements are not specified</li></ul>
