Most of the staff and fellow coworkers were very friendly and helpful. You can tell a lot have only been at this smaller hospital and therefore, lacking some experience. However, I found supervisors to be very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude to travel staff and permanent staff as well. Management is very poor and you can absolutely tell they only have their jobs for the money. There are no caring aspects about them.
