Great people
The staff are great in the ED! Still understaffed even with travelers and mandates for staff to work 16 hour shifts… Some of the nicest doctors working alongside some of the dumbest. Wayne should be ashamed of a few doctors employed in their ED.

Travelers are welcomed. Nice, new hospital
Cons
There are more travelers than staff. The travelers re-sign, but it doesn't speak well for the pay and benefits. Doctors do not work well with nursing, tend to disregard concerns.
