Horrible hospital, staff is rude and make you feel like an outsider. Tried to give me 7 to 8 patients nightly with no help. Culture there is horrible. I would never go back.

      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor &amp; Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum position requiring L&amp;D experience and proficiency in circulating for C-sections.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Labor &amp; Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit within a hospital setting</li><li>Care for mothers and newborns throughout the childbirth process, including labor, delivery, immediate recovery, and postpartum</li><li>Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00pm – 7:00am</li><li>Requires experience in triage for OB and preference for circulating C-section procedures</li><li>Deliver comprehensive, population-appropriate care to patients with complex needs</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary teams for evaluation and planning of patient care</li><li>Provide patient and family education related to postpartum, recovery, and newborn care</li><li>Engage in departmental goals, performance improvement activities, and cost-effective practices</li><li>Expectation to report to lab for drug screening within 24 hours of commitment</li><li>Start dates may be adjusted based on background and drug screen results</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state required</li><li>Minimum one year of nursing experience required, with specific experience in Labor &amp; Delivery</li><li>Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP</li><li>Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required; BSN or MSN preferred</li><li>Ability to circulate for C-section procedures</li></ul>
