      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health assignment, requiring at least 1 year of experience and AHA or ARC certification.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Home health care setting providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes</li><li>Schedule options include 9-hour days Sunday-Wednesday or 8-hour days Monday-Friday starting at 8:00am</li><li>Minimum 35 hours per week, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage required</li><li>Potential to care for COVID-positive patients</li><li>Uses EPIC for charting; EPIC experience strongly preferred</li><li>Standard pre-employment modules must be completed prior to start and typically require 5-6 hours</li><li>Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed during contract</li><li>Travel pairs allowed but matched schedules are not guaranteed</li><li>Mileage reimbursement offered at the current mileage rate with required documentation</li><li>Work environment is tobacco and fragrance free</li><li>Expect to work at least one major holiday during the assignment</li><li>Local candidates within a 50-mile radius eligible for a lower pay rate</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience</li><li>AHA or ARC certification required</li><li>Ability to document using OASIS preferred but not required</li><li>Must have two professional references from a supervisor within the past two years</li><li>Full seven-year work history with any gaps explained</li><li>No license violations permitted</li></ul>
