Great place to work. It’s busy. It would be better if the department was fully staff. I worked about 2 weekends with a full staff out of 13 weeks and the work load was much better.

This company only sees you as a number. The nurses are so tense because they are so quick to point fingers. All management are travel could count the permanent ones on one hand. Nurses are not able to provide the MINIMUM patient care because they are overworked and understaffed. Constantly breaking compliance and policies and putting blame on their employees.
