This hospital is under new management I worked there doing travel for 9 months..and I really liked it. Alot of really cool people there.. since new management has taken over thing have gotten unsafe. Ratios are insane.i wud not recommend at this point. If the management changes again I would go back

Staffing ratios for nurses are 1:15 unless they are understaffed, then up to 1:18. Nurses stations have no protection, patients often jump over. Not safe
