The people “in charge” have no clue what they are doing. Management is a bunch of old bullies that have worked together for years. They micromanage each other then do the same to you. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing or how to run an efficient unit. They hired someone that got fired from another hospital and 6 people quit or moved jobs within 11 months. What does that tell you! No one in upper management cares! They expect you to work all day and night. Your on call is coming in cause the dr felt like making money on your weekend call. Not for emergencies! I was told that’s what I signed up for! No I signed up for emergencies only on call, not because the dr decided to make some money with fake cases! Management will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat, if you are a man she might make your life a little easier. Nasty nasty women! Don’t even apply all the bad reviews believe them! This is just one of many reasons to run the other way!
