Compensation was great, I got $2,760/week however. That was the only positive I will say about this location. Very poorly managed in the physical therapy department. The manager was very unprofessional, the ortho group is incredibly out of touch with current research. Very much a "good old boys club" so any female travelers and new grad travelers be weary that your manager will ask you to do things that are fraudulent for billing purposes. The manager had awful communication skills and was not a good listener when I attempted multiple times to have conversations about important topics. No expectations were set out in terms of productivity other than it was expected that you see every acute care patient that got an order. The rehab director did not set guidelines for safe mobilizations which led to dr's writing in appropriate orders and unmet expectations from the nurses.
