Staff was team-oriented mostly. Manager and Supervisor were easy to work with.

I worked, med-surg 6th floor, not enough CNAs. Some CNAs would not chart I&Os. Majority of the time, I did CNA and RN duties. Physicians called asking RN to place orders.
