Pros

I work two other jobs and they are very accommodating of schedules. The management is very kind. I think it’s a great environment for our residents compared to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

The cattiness of some of the coworkers, but that goes with all jobs where you deal with people. A lot of the staff equipment is currently outdated, but is slowly being updated.
