Teamwork is excellent. The place is peaceful with very low crime rate. People know each other and treat everyone politely. They are also helpful to those who are new to the town. Excellent place for people who love nature.

The area is an island and might not be suitable for people who used to live in the city. No malls. The only way you could travel around the state is either via ferry or plane.
