Terrible facility. Travelers reported to quit often. Disorganized, unfriendly staff, management, and physicians.

Self scheduling mostly honored. Cons Toxic work environment also high ratio "flow" which is not under standard bed movement (or care) when you admit step down patients PCT DONT HELP they follow each other and back up each other complain always about travel nurse you have to do your own vitals your own care change turn position and medication and they call you for help somewhere else and if you’re busy, they go to the nurse manager and tell travel nurse don’t help their union. I will suggest you consider another job before you go to this hospital. and continues to fill or intentionally remove stable patients from your assignment to get new patients and not offer help.
